When considering a place for your child, parents/carers can find the local authority booklet ‘Applying for Primary School’ available to view online on the Stockport Council website (please see the link below).
Lum Head Primary School has an admission limit of 45 places each year and children can start in Reception in the year they become 5 years old. Children born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 are due to start primary school in September 2024.
Parents considering their child’s admission can make an appointment with the Headteacher to view the school. Parents/carers can contact the local authority’s Admissions Team directly on 0161 217 6028 with any questions.
